Plain answers

What this coverage home base does—and refuses to imitate.

Is this a quote, application, insurer portal, or market search?

No. It contains no personalized rate, quote, application, eligibility, underwriting, insurer appointment, market search, recommendation, binder, policy, claim submission, or coverage result. It organizes INSUREDLA's own public education and browser-local preparation tools.

Does the Coverage Decision Desk save an account or track what I read?

No account or reading history is created. State remains in the current tab unless you deliberately export it or save one AES-GCM encrypted copy in this browser with your own passphrase. There is no automatic save, upload, monitoring, synchronization, or passphrase recovery.

Does a licensed-review status mean a producer or insurer reviewed my question?

No. Every status and seen marker is consumer organization only. Policy facts, notices, deadlines, applications, quotes, eligibility, underwriting, coverage, and claim decisions require the responsible insurer, issued documents, and appropriately licensed professional.

Can I send my private desk with a coverage request?

Not automatically. The separate request form receives only what you deliberately type into it. Do not paste a policy, notice, claim evidence, address, identifier, payment information, or private desk into the initial public form.

Optional licensed follow-up

Move from self-service questions to one identified licensed conversation.

Use the real request form only when you want follow-up. Enter a general product category, California ZIP code, timing, contact rules, and one general situation. Do not upload or paste the desk, a policy, notice, address, financial information, claim evidence, or application data.
